Steven George is the Head of External Affairs for the school leaders’ union NAHT. NAHT represents around 29,000 members in every phase and sector of education in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Prior to joining NAHT in 2014, Steven spent sixteen years at the BBC, working on the Ten o’clock News, BBC News Website and large scale projects like Children in Need. He is also the chair of governors at a standalone primary academy in Kent.
