TASK The Think Air Schools Kit is an Environmental Science Lab in a box, TASK includes a build-your-own sensor pack that not only teaches your pupils about the importance of air and air quality, but also lets them programme their own simple software to collect and analyse the air quality of your school environment.
Designed for both individual and group work, TASK’s experiments encourage curiosity and problem-solving – with activities covering the effects of spraying aerosols to ventilation in the classroom. All the more relevant today than when we first had the idea!
Enhancing STEM learning, TASK’s goal is to give pupils access to Europe’s largest air quality monitoring network built by children. Through easy-to-use dashboards – they can compare results with other schools and report back to our scientists at Think Air HQ.
Teaching plans and activities get you started – and the rest is guided by students’ curiosity and imagination.
There are a lot of challenges ahead and we need the future generations to be innovative thinkers with an understanding of the environment, and something like TASK could be the first step on their journey to really make a difference
Please see for yourself on Stand 9, look forward to meeting you all on the day.
